CDSK believes that the best way for persons with disabilities to live independent lives is through establishment of a sustainable means to eke a living. Youngsters are supported in pursuing vocational skills training, soft skills training (communication skills, problem solving, decision making, negotiation, presentation, Financial Literacy), and linkages with employers (apprenticeship, internship, jobs), provision of start-up kits for self employment, seed capital to Parents Support Groups (PSGs) (Income Generating Activities) & self-help savings and creation of linkages with micro credit/finance institutions.
